Honestly the best customer service and flawless car repair. Everyone is incredibly nice, honest and helpful.

Rickenbaugh’s Collision Center has repaired and/or repainted five of our cars over the years. Each occasion has been as great of an experience as possible (considering you’ve just been involved in something unfortunate!) for us; on time, on budget (in the case of the voluntary repaint I had them do) and meticulous work. The friendly staff has taken care of the large hassle of dealing with the insurance companies as well as coordinating with rental companies. They happen to be conveniently located for us, but would be well worth the drive to know that your work will be done right.

What a great experience. Living in a very rural part of the state, it is very difficult for me to get to Denver for repair work, and Nick Pacifico and the whole team at Rickenbaugh Collision Repair worked extra hard to accommodate me. I’d highly recommend Rickenbaugh for all your repair needs. I was rear ended while parked and the whole process between getting the insurance through, a rental, was all seamless and handled smoothly by the guys at the shop. Caleb was great at keeping me updated on the repairs especially when things took a bit longer than anticipated but the end result was flawless and my vehicle looked great both outside and in!

6/5 stars. Brought my car in to get repaired after it was hit in multiple spots with a BB gun a year before. I picked it up a week later and it looked like a brand new car. No joke. Caleb worked on my car and kept in touch throughout the week and gave me a couple updates. He was great. Would highly recommend!

Rickenbaugh Collision does a great job of repairing vehicles to be like new, I have had my vehicle there for repair three different times. They hold their work to a very high standard and I have been satisfied with the outcome each time.

While my most recent collision ultimately resulted in the loss of my vehicle, (on the part of insurance) the technician assigned to my vehicle, Caleb, was very helpful and thorough. When the insurance company wanted to take shortcuts to repair my vehicle in a manner that was not consistent with both Rickenbaugh and the manufacturer’s standards, he advocated on my behalf and maintained focus on doing the right thing for my safety and that of my family. I hope that my new vehicle does not need to visit any collision center but in the event it does I will surely bring it to Rickenbaugh.
